With a fluorescent indicator. A 0.2mm thick layer of Silica 60 is bound to polyester sheets providing outstanding wettability and separation efficiency. Easy to cut without the silica flaking due to the excellent binding system.
As some amino acids are not UV active, ninhydrin spray can be used on the plates without a problem.
