New EUD Process

Where Science Technicians Come First

Our new website launched in April 2026. As part of this update, we have a new End User Declaration (EUD) system.

If you wish to do a manual EUD application, you'll need to complete a quick and easy online form, which will then be reviewed by a member of our compliance team.

New EUD Process

Step 1 - Register for an account

Step 2 - Search code EUD1 and add 1 to the basket

Step 3 - Click checkout

Please Note: This will show an estimated carriage, please ignore this and carry on

Step 4 - Click checkout

Step 5 - Confirm your address

Step 6 - You will then be prompted to fill in the EUD. 

Step 7 - Upload photographic identification (passport/driving license)

Step 8 - Sign the signature box

Step 9 - Click submit

Please Note: This completes the process, you will not be required to checkout

A member of our team will review your EUD submission and notify you once the review is complete

There may be a slight delay as our team has to review each EUD manually
