Gel Loading Solution

This concentrated solution is used to prepare nucleic acid and protein samples for agarose or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Gel loading solution includes protein denaturants and the negatively charged tracking dye, Bromophenol Blue.
Yields 5 ml final volume of DNA sample.
Usage: Add 1 volume solution to 9 volumes of sample and mix well. Store at room temperature. 10x Concentration sufficient for 100 samples
