Kern have designed this range specifically for use in schools and universities. Featuring a flat design, with shock proof plastic weighing plate, these incorporate an ergonomically optimised keypad with large keys and a high-contrast LCD display. Secure and non-slip positioning with rubber feet. A draught shield (145 x 145 x 65mm) is standard on the EMS 300-3 model, along with a 105mm diameter weighing plate. The other balances in the range feature a weighing plate size 175 x 190mm, but no draught shield.
An external power supply is provided.
