Mounted pMOSFET

MOSFETs (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors) are the most commonly used type of transistor, designed for switching or amplifying voltages in circuits. These robust mounted MOSFETs, from Lascells, make investigating the behaviour and characteristics of these components simple. Connections are made to the three terminals (drain, source and gate) using standard 4mm plug leads. Available in both N-Channel and P-Channel enhancement modes, characteristic curves can be compared to better understand the behaviour and function of these components. Ideal for Electronics Clubs, and the A-Level optional Electronics module.
