Which standards do these gloves comply with?

Compliant with EN ISO374-1:2016 TypeB for chemicals and EN ISO374-5:2016 VIRUS. AQL1.5.

How are these gloves supplied?

Supplied in dispensing boxes containing 100 gloves.

Which gloves conform to the new EN374 standards?

The current PPE Regulations for gloves came into effect in April2018. EN374-1:2003 has been replaced by EN ISO374-1:2016, which covers gloves offering chemical protection and is indicated by TypeA, TypeB, or TypeC markings.

Nitrile gloves are the only gloves in the range tested for chemical resistance to this standard. Latex and vinyl gloves may still offer resistance to splashes but are not tested to EN ISO374-1:2016, as they are primarily intended for food and hygiene applications.

If there is uncertainty regarding chemical resistance, gloves should be removed and replaced immediately after contact with corrosive or aggressive chemicals.
