Replacement Pressure Tube

A fun and engaging way to demonstrate the basics of rocket propulsion, this kit uses an empty 1 or 1.5 litre plastic lemonade or cola bottle for the rocket body. Also included are a special cap, nozzle and fins that can be attached to the bottle. The pressure tube is connected to the adaptor, which in turn is connected to a cycle pump or foot pump. The bottle is part filled with water and air is then pumped into the bottle. Once the pressure inside the bottle reaches a set level, the pump connector on the bottle releases and the rocket launches into the air, reaching heights of around 20m. Supplied with instructions. Spare tails units and pressure hoses are also available.
