Soil moisture meter, from Brannan, which comes complete with a cabled probe. Useful for testing the moisture content in soil or compost, indicating relative levels of moisture and (for pot plants) whether or not watering is required. The robust housing comes with an attached cable, which terminates in a 190 mm long probe. Moisture range is from 1 (dry) to 10 (wet) and operation is extremely simple (instructions included). No battery is required. Dimensions: 100 x 68 x 28 mm. Weight: 89.5 g Supplied complete with plant care booklet, listing the individual needs of over 150 plants.
