Super Duty Beakers - DURAN® - 150ml. The DURAN® Super Duty beakers are characterised by a higher mechanical strength, achieved by reinforcing the rim. As a result of this modification, the impact strength is improved and the risk of accidental breakage is significantly reduced. These top quality beakers are recommended for use where a more robust design is required when mechanical knocks etc. may occur.
As with any glassware being heated, to avoid breakages due to thermal stress, slow uniform heating of the beakers is recommended.
