In this simulated medical test, Students learn about the characteristics of coronaviruses and will use electrophoresis to analyze simulated RT-PCR samples and detect the presence of the SARS-CoV-2 virus from patients with symptoms of COVID-19.

• DNA Electrophoresis
• Micropipettes 5-50ul (optional)
• White light box
• Microwave or hotplate

Storage:

Stable at room temperature Stable although it is recommended to store Ready-to-Load QuickStrip™ samples at 4°C
